Disadvantages of the Soniclean VTplus Vacuum

SoniClean vacuums, like many other bagged vacuums, have maintenance costs. A set of eight HEPA bags costs about twenty dollars, including tax, for the handheld vacuum. The vacuum bags for the upright vacuum are $25. For either vacuum, this set of bags should last you about a year.

The Soniclean VTplus has no attachments. There is no extension wand to clean the narrow crevasse between your appliances, no narrow head for vacuuming your upholstery or draperies. Some people like the fact that there are no attachments because there are no attachments to crowd the exterior of the vacuum or create a hassle with a removable hose that keeps popping off. However, the lack of attachments for some users means that they must retain a handheld vacuum or buy a Soniclean handheld vacuum cleaner for jobs like cleaning out the car, vacuuming the stairs or getting those small nooks and crannies. The canister vacuum, unlike the VTplus, has these accessories.

You can buy a SoniClean combo pack with an upright vacuum cleaner and handheld vacuum is around four hundred dollars, often on sale for $350.
