That accessory can also be used for deep cleaning spots on the carpet like blood, wine and other things soaked into the carpet fibers. You’ll pay more for the vacuums sold with pet stain removing formula, but you can buy that separately and use it with the Hoover FH50150 carpet shampooer. The pet stain remover costs seven to ten dollars per 32 ounce bottle, about as much as the standard carpet cleaner and deodorizer sold for this Hoover carpet shampooer.

This means you will have the unit’s brushes freeze up at some point, though drying out the brushes delays the inevitable.
